After meeting a seemingly great guy after a fun one-night stand, Sophie grapples with her coexisting fears that he might murder her or maybe worse, reject her. Good times, right? Not used to a guy's emotional availability, Sophie questions his motives and her gut feelings when he invites her over to make her dinner (who does that anymore?) Told through a horror-thriller-comedy lens, the short film examines the fear of vulnerability and emotional intimacy in the face of a potential new relationship. While this feeling is universal, it’s especially heightened for women with new romantic possibilities.
